76ERS BEAT WASHINGTON WIZARDS 125-118 TO TAKE 1-0 LEAD IN FIRST ROUND PLAYOFF SERIES

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

Tobias Harris scored a personal playoff-high, 37 points to help the home team take game-1 of the Eastern Conference first-round series. Joel Embiid added 30 for the 76ers. 21 of those 30 from Jo-Jo came in the 2nd half of the game. Ben Simmons had 15 rebs, 15 ast, and 6 points, to round out the top scorers list for Philly. On the Washington side, Bradley Beal led the way with 33 pts., 10 rebs, and 6 ast. Westbrook had 16 pts. 5rebs, and 14 ast. Beal and Westbrook combined for 49 of the team’s 118 points. The 76ers are a lot deeper than most casual watchers think. I think the Wizards will win a close game-3, in their 1st playoff game 9n front of a home crowd. They should be filled with a little extra boost from the home crowd. Buy, I believe that is the Wizards only chance for a win in this series. If Washington can pull off a game-3 W, then Philly will win the series 4-1. No game-3 W for the Wizards, equals a Philly sweep 4-0. Check out some of the game highlights from yesterday’s game at the Wells Fargo Center in Philly.
