ORANGEBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA
38-year old South Carolina Police Officer, David Lance Dukes, is being charged with first degree assault and battery, for stomping on the head of a disabled black man on July 26.

The Times And Democrat, reported Dukes was booked Saturday into the Orangeburg County Detention Center. He was later released on a $10,000 bond. Dukes is facing 10-years in prison if convicted.
