Eight months after 43-year old David Werking won a lawsuit over his parents, U.S District Judge, Paul Maloney ordered Werking’s parents to fork over $30,441 for throwing out Werking’s porn stash, according to a story from AP Oddities.
Werking said his parents had no right to throw out his collection of magazines, movies, and other “porn related” items. Werking had lived in the home with his parents for 10-months after his divorce. He has since moved to Muncie, Indiana.
The judge followed the amount determined by an expert. Werking said he didn’t realize his stash was missing until after he’d moved out of his parents’ home, and moved to Muncie, Indiana.
