The Philadelphia Police Department Special Victims Unit is in search of a man who attempted to snatch a toddler off the street.

6 ABC ACTION NEWS reported that the incident happened on the 2300 block of North 11th Street (11th & Dauphin Streets), right around 12pm on October 17th. Surveillance video shows the man rush up to the 2-year old and try to grab him from his mother. The suspect took off running after the mother wrestled the boy back from the suspect.
