Philadelphia Police say a 31-year old man is recovering after being shot in the Roxborough section of the city on Sunday night. A report by 6 ABC ACTION NEWS, the shooting happened on the 400 block of Lemonte Street.
Officers say they arrived on the scene and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound to the groin. He was taken to the hospital via private vehicle. He was last reported to be in stable condition. No arrests have been made yet.
