Rapper Pooh Shiesty had pleaded guilty to a federal charge of conspiracy to possess a firearm in furtherance of violent and drug trafficking crimes. ROLLING STONE MAG reported that Mr. Shiesty’s charges stem from an altercation in Florida back in October of 2020. Sheisty allegedly shot a 28-year old man in the buttocks while shopping for sneakers and weed (Cannabis).
Prosecutors dropped three other charges in return for Sheisty’s guilty plea on the conspiracy charge. The three charges the Feds dropped against Sheisty, reportedly could have put the rapper behind bars for life. A sentencing date has not yet been set, but prosecutors say Sheisty sentence will likely be in the 20-year range.
