Police in Orange County, said a 14-year old boy fell to his death from the Orlando Free-Fall ride, that is “taller than the Statue Of Liberty”, according to a report from ABC NEWS. The report went on to say, Sheriff’s and emergency crews responded to a call at the Orlando Free Fall ride at the park late on Thursday night. The park is reported to have opened last year at Icon Park, located on International Drive.

The 14-year old was reportedly visiting Central Florida from Missouri with a friend and their family. Orange County Detectives said they were still investigating the incident to figure out if the fall was intentional or accidental.
The teen was rushed to the hospital, where he died a short time later. No other details about the incident have been released at the moment.
