An unidentified man and a 38-year old woman, who has been identified as Angel Smith, were reportedly shot in Baltimore on Thursday night. An ABC News report said, police reported finding the two victims shot inside of a car at around 8:13 p.m. The male victim was reported dead upon arrival at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Angel Smith reportedly gave birth to the child she was carrying, and then died a short time later.
According to the police report, a car pulled up next to the victims’ car as it was parking. One person fired out of the passenger window of the car the suspects were in. A second gunmen then reportedly got out of the driver’s side of the car and fired into the victim’s car.
The newborn was last reported to be in critical condition. No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
