A man and woman were reportedly found inside of a vehicle that had been “shot-up”, in the Kensington section of the city this morning. According to a report from Fox-29 Philadelphia, the victims were discovered in a car on the 3400 block of A Street, shortly before 3 a.m on Saturday morning.

Both victims were reportedly suffering from multiple gunshot wounds when they were discovered, slumped over inside of a gray Hyundai Elantra. The 25-year old, female victim, was shot twice in the chest. The 25-year old, male, victim, was shot once in the arm. Both were rushed to Temple University Hospital by paramedics. The woman was pronounced dead shortly after arrival, the male victim was last reported to be in stable condition.
Police said the Hyundai was hit at least 10-times. Eight through the driver’s side window, and two shots through the front windshield. Two fired cartridges and one bullet fragment were found at the crime scene along with other evidence, according to police.
No motive for the shooting has been publicly released, if known. No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
