The Fulton County Grand Jury investigating possible election interference in Georgia’s 2020 elections has issued subpoenas for former Trump attorney, Rudy Giuliani, Republican Congressman, Lindsey Graham, Former Trump Lawyer, John Eastman, and a host of others who were allegedly “in the ear” of former President, Donald Trump during the 2020 presidential election.
An ABC News report said Cleta Mitchell, Jenna Ellis, and Kenneth Chesbro were also issued subpoenas by the grand jury on Tuesday afternoon. Those three, along with Giuliana and Eastman, are all alleged to have advised the former president on ways to overturn President Joe Biden’s election victory in Georgia.
The Special Grand Jury’s job will be to conduct a probe on the alleged election interference in Georgia, and then make their recommendations to prosecutors, who ultimately will decided if charges will be pursued or not. Podcast host, Jacki Dick Deason, also ended up on the list of individuals to be subpoenaed by the Special Grand Jury.
