An unidentified man is in custody, after a 96-year old woman was found dead inside of her home in the Roxborough section of the city this afternoon. A CBS Philly report said the incident happened shortly after 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon, on the 4200 block of Haughton Street.
Police say they found a weapon at the scene. No other details were made available at this time…….
