24-year old, Delaware County EMT, Kevin Hakeem Pressley, from Philadelphia, had been charged with indecent assault, after being accused of unveiling the bare breast of a semi-conscious woman and taking photos of her in the back of an ambulance. A report from 6 ABC Action news said the alleged incident happened in the 4800 block of Edgemont Avenue last Thursday.
The incident began when a woman reported she was receiving medical care at a facility when 911 was contacted. The woman, who was reported to be in a “semi-conscious” state was to be transported to an area hospital for additional care. It was during the transport that Pressley is alleged to have pulled up the woman’s shirt to expose her breast, before taking a photo of her breast in the back of the ambulance.
Pressley was arrested at his home on Saturday. According to police, when they asked for permission to search Pressley’s cell phone, Pressley admitted to being involved with the purchase and sell of illegal firearms in the city of Philadelphia. Police said they asked around at the ATF and other law enforcement agencies and found no record of Pressley being investigated for gun or any other crimes.
Pressley is currently being held at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility on a $100,000 cash bail. There was no word on his next court appearance.
