A 21-year old male was reportedly shot multiple times during a multiple shooting in the Kensington section of the city this afternoon. A CBS-3 Philly report said the incident happened on the 1900 block of East Wishart Street at around 12 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
The 21-year old male was reportedly shot throughout the body 20 times. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died a short time later. The second victim was a man who police said is believed to be between 20-30 years of age. He was reportedly shot three times in the back, once in the abdomen, and twice in the right leg. He was rushed to the hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. Police did not give any word on a possible motive for the shooting.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
