A 30-year old man was reportedly found dead inside of a car in the Kensington section of the city this morning. A Fox-29 Philly report said police found the victim on the 3100 block of Hartville Street at around 7 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Police said the victim was found inside of the car, and that he had been shot in the head. No further details have been released at this time.
