A 7-Eleven store in South Philly sold a winning scratch off ticket this afternoon in South Philly. The Pennsylvania Lottery made the announcement a short time later on Friday.
A report from CBS-3 Philly said the winner played a Five Million Fabulous Fortune Scratch-Off. The 7-Eleven store that sold the winning ticket will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the big winner.
