A 29-year old man was reportedly shot twice in the head and killed in West Philadelphia last night.

A 6 ABC Action News report said the shooting happened near Chestnut & Cecil Streets at around 11 p.m. on Tuesday night.
First arriving police officers at the scene reported finding the victim slumped over in the driver’s seat of his car, with two gunshot wounds to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said they believe the shooter fired at the victim from the front passenger’s seat of the car. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
