43-year old Ernest Pressley was sentenced to 5 consecutive terms of life in prison yesterday after admitting to a role in 6 homicides between the years 2016-2018.

A Fox-29 Philly report said Pressley was arrested in 2018 after local police and federal authorities connected him to a murder in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Philadelphia.
A further investigation into Pressley tied him to the murder of two truck drivers along with several others according to investigators. Prosecutors said Pressley was paid to kill one of the truck drivers in 2017, after the truck driver was set to testify at an assault trial in Philadelphia. After killing the tow truck driver, Pressley reportedly killed another tow truck driver. The second victim was picked at random by Pressley, who prosecutors say killed the driver in the hopes of throwing investigators off the trail, and attempting to create the illusion of a war between tow truck drivers.
Pressley entered into a guilty plea in September of 2022. He admitted to killing six victims. He also said four of the six were paid contract killing paid for by a drug dealer in Philadelphia.
