A 28-year old woman was reportedly shot multiple times in the Kensington section of the city last night.
A Fox-29 Philly report said the shooting happened on the 700 block of East Thayer Street shortly before midnight in the late hours of Saturday evening.
The victim was reportedly shot in the back four times. She was rushed to a nearby hospital by private vehicle, where she was last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
