A 20-year old man was reportedly shot in North Philadelphia early this morning.

A Fox-29 Philly report said the shooting happened at York Street near North Carlisle Street in North Philadelphia at around 1 a.m. on Friday morning.
First arriving police officers at the scene reported finding the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Police said the victim was conscious when they arrived. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was last reported to be in critical condition.
Investigators said a white sedan pulled up on York Street. Two gunman reportedly jumped out of the vehicle and open fired at the victim. 17-shots were reportedly fired at the scene, as the two gunmen chased the victim, firing away the whole time. The gunmen then jumped back into the vehicle, which fled the scene heading west on York Street. The entire incident was reportedly captured on surveillance video.
A possible motive for the shooting was not reported. No arrests have been made at this time.
